具体要求：

Responsibilities:
1. Set up the international logistics sales teams in Shanghai and Shenzhen
2. Responsible for the sales of the international forwarding including air and ocean
3. Lead the marketing and sales team to achieve the sales target
4. Liaison with the company internal departments to look for the business opportunities
5. Key customers service and relationships maintenance
6. Team building and performance management

Requirements:
1. At least 5 years experience in the international forwarding business
2. Hand on experience at the sales in the international forwarding industry
3. Familiar with the forwarding industry and having the resource on hand
4. Good communication skills
5. Capability to build and lead the sales teams
