1.Outsourcing planning: identification in short, medium and long terms all necessary outsourcing through bottle-neck analysis of the workshop capacity and load (together with MO and PPC)

2.Identification of sub-suppliers for different process or complete components (together with QA and ME)

3.Prepare for quotation, price and cost comparison, sub-suppliers selection and contract negotiation

4.Sub-supplier follows up for quality and schedule.
就质量和进度对分包商跟踪管理
5.Sub-supplier evaluation regarding to quality, delivery and price
就质量、交付和价格评估分包商
6.Sub-supplier continual improvement
监督分包商的持续改进
7.Direct controlling of the outsourcing team and activities

任职要求：
1.B.S Degree, majored at Mechanical Engineering or International Trade
大学本科学历，机械工程专业
2.With at least 3 years production or sourcing & purchasing practical experience in machine field.
3年以上机械行业生产或采购工作经验
3.Good English skill both in oral and writing
良好的英语口头和书面表达能力
4.Good application skill on MS Office software
MS Office 软件应用熟练
5.Good communication and negotiation skills
良好的沟通及谈判能力 |
