Position Requirement
1. Bachelor in mechanical engineering, automation, or electronic engineering.
2. At least 10 years experience in part/product design as well as in manufacturing engineering of electronic and electro-mechanical products assembly with at least 3 years experience in managerial position.
3. Capable to work under pressure independently in a multiple projects environment
4. Proficient in failure analysis of technical problems.
5. Knowledge of CAD Drawing and office application software is necessary.
6. Good skills in Planning, Project Management, Coaching & Presentation, and Communication & Negotiation.
7. Experience of implementing lean production or six sigma is a Must.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese. |
