Responsibility：
1. Search for sources in China to meet requirement from 3M subsidiaries or business unit;
2. Maintain and update supplier database by collecting information from various sources;
3. Lead the process of supplier identification, assessment and selection, work with internal clients to complete some of the above process;
4. Negotiate price and terms;
5. Lead the supplier management process to insure 3M receive quality products and services.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with engineering or electronics background;
2. 5+ years working experience with 2+ years in sourcing;
3. Strong interpersonal communication skill;
4. Fluent in oral and written English;
5. Self-motivated and can work independently.
