6.Excellent knowledge of the global outdoor /or ski equipment industry
7.Proven supervisory experience ability to manage grow sales people.
8.Ability to effectively contribute to strategic direction as a member of a senior management team.
9.Experience working with a international distributor network.
10.Proven ability to grow revenues in various types of territories channels.
11.Excellent networking relationship building skills.
12.Excellent customer relations skills with willingness to do what it takes.
13.Have respect for colleagues； lead teams with clarity acability.
14.Strong time management skills.
15.Able to adapt to changing dems conditions
16.Excellent oral written communication skills.
17.Excellent sales marketing skills with proven follow through.
18.Strong computer skills, especially MS Office.
19.Category Management knowledge.
