Job Function
1. Business Management
Work closely with cross functional department to maintain exiting business and acquire new business through penetrating exiting market and developing new market.
Build reliable and trusty worthy relationship with customers and provide satisfactory solutions to customers’ new needs.
Establish long-term mutual beneficial relationship with vendors aiming to get competitive cost and improved service quality. Measure vendor performance periodically and couch them to move ahead.
Come up with effective actions to respond quickly to competitors’ activities.
Smooth the whole operation & settlement process to attack service issues for more effectiveness and high efficiencies
Control account receivable within acceptable range
2. People Management
Maintain high morale to keep minimal attrition rate
Achieve personality/position fit to get maximum productivity
Find and develop good people to support growing business
Initiate creative, self-starting, collaborative, and result-oriented work atmosphere |
