Duty & Responsibility:
1 Supervise a group of purchasing staff to endure purchasing activities are complied to company policy and carried out effectively and efficiently
2.In charge of the project management in RFQ, project management
3 Order placement of assigned commodities
4 Supplier management in souring development;
5.Liaise with suppliers to obtain supplier order confirmation (SOC),Supplier Delivery System Confirmation (SDC), to support MC to expedite delivery per material control requirement to achieve just-in-time material schedule and to eliminate production down time
6 Co\ordinate with material management on supply review and with related department to handle problem parts ,RTV and MER
7 Co-ordinate with customers and Logistics and Supplier on logistic issues
8 Participate in SLM activities
9 Train buyers to understand computer system and communicate with suppliers for SOC, SDC and expediting |
