As an ISO-compliant factory, DOBEST adopts comprehensive QC policy in the whole production process from raw material sourcing to finished product delivery. With 6 high-speed SMT lines and 12 assembly lines, our factory covers an area of 25,000 square meters in Shenzhen. We manage it through 6S mode to ensure the process efficiency and a daily output of over 25,000 pieces. Before delivery, all of our products have to pass a series of strict QC inspection, including shock-proof test, battery test, ESD test and so on.
