具体要求：

JOB RESPONSIBILITIes.Be familiar with TS16949 quality system.
1.Schedule and order material needs based on forecasting analyses on history, sales forecast, lead-time, actual demand, etc.
2.Coordinate procurement of materials for special projects and engineering samples.
3.Review and sign Engineering Change Orders (ECO's) that affect purchased components
4.Decide supplier for needed components,and request and negotiate price quotes and delivery time.
Authorize payment for purchase orders up to $20,000for direct materials.
5.Serve as liaison between suppliers and Quality Control department
6.Attending supplier audits as needed
7.Set-up and maintain ERP system by working with Eng., PD and Fin. Dept.
8.Implement supplier changes, monitor their success or failure, and make adjustments as needed.
9.Responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels
10.Interface with Production Control, Sales, and Design Engineering to ensure new and existing products have continuous flow and reduce company's overall risk exposure
11.Responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels, tracking monthly inventory dollars, and estimating returns
12.Set up and maintain a template to measure cost savings
13.Provide quarterly status reports on reductions, supplier delivery, and inventory
14.Monitor and send monthly performance report to supplier by working with Quality Assurance Dept.
15.Work with Quality Assurance on quality problems with subcontractors and discuss monthly in the Purchasing meeting
16.Track monthly past-due suppliers and develop Action Items
17.Responsible for specific tasks as assigned by management
