具体要求：

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Source new suppliers with alternate material, capability, capacity, technology or processing methods to meet technical requirements, specifications, quality and cost objectives.
2.Responsible for, but not limited to sourcing of components, raw material and secondary process suppliers. Commodities include plastic, metals, electronic components, foam, plating, etc.
3.Research, understand and assess local supply chain by commodity, technology, trend, limitations and region.
4.Develop sourcing channels to better understand supply base and improve sourcing efficiency.
5.Communicate with other departments to understand sourcing request, schedules, cost and quality issues.
6.Map sourcing request with local supply chain which includes capability, manufacturability, cost, lead time and so forth.
7.Initial assessment of supplier based on internal requirements and strategy. Drive and participate in new supplier audit or process audit.
8.Contractual negotiations with suppliers (i.e. NDA, General Purchasing Agreement, etc.)
9.Maintain potential source or supplier database.
10.Special projects as requested.
